A flooring project is an investment in your property. We take the time to understand the project, consider the condition of the existing floor, and explain the work that may be required before installation begins. Our goal is to deliver professional results while treating every property with the care and respect it deserves.

Built on repeat work

Most of our jobs come from someone who has already had us out — a neighbor, a landlord with a second property, a contractor who needs floors done right before the walk-through. That only works if the last floor still looks good years later, so that is what we build for.

 

We install hardwood, vinyl plank, laminate, tile, and carpet in homes, rentals, offices, and small storefronts. Typical residential jobs run one to four days depending on square footage and how much prep the subfloor needs.

 

Estimates are free, written, and itemized, you will see the labor, material, removal, and disposal separately before you commit to anything.

We carry general liability coverage and workers' compensation on every job, and we can send certificates before we start if your property manager or HOA needs them. Our workmanship warranty runs 1-year from the completion date and is written on your invoice, alongside the manufacturer coverage that comes with your material.
