Every installed price includes measuring, layout, standard transitions, quarter-round reinstallation, daily cleanup, and our two-year workmanship warranty. Minimum job charge is $450.

Old flooring removal & disposal

$0.75 – $1.75 / sq ft.

Tear-out, hauling, and dump fees. Glued-down and tile removal price at the higher end.

Subfloor repair

$3.00 – $8.00 / sq ft

Replacing damaged sheathing, re-fastening squeaks, and patching soft spots.

Self-leveling / floor prep

$1.25 – $3.00 / sq ft

Leveling compound on uneven slabs or wood subfloors before install.

Stairs

$28 – $70 per step

Carpet-wrapped at the low end, hardwood tread and riser at the high end.

Furniture moving

$75 – $200 per room

Moving and replacing standard furniture. Appliances and pianos quoted separately.

Baseboard removal & reinstall

$1.50 – $3.00 / linear ft

Where quarter round alone won't give a clean finish.
